Timestamp is updated for those scripts which are not executed properly #445

Describe the bug
If a script is not executed successfully or exited via a error, in the status table it is marked as executed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

create a new migration script
allow that script to fail or throw some error
execute that script (this throws error)
check the status via status command
there is a timestamp next to that script in the status table

Expected behavior
Ideally in the status table it should still show PENDING since the script is not executed successfully
