Incorrect password?

I use pullup for retrieve some mining coins, and today was first time I try to do transfer/send coin to an exchange wallet.

When I try to send coin it ask for password, and I type in what I think is my correct password (have noted it) but it says "The password is incorrect"

How can I reset password to be able to transfer/send?
