Build failure for packages that depend on ghc #10

When any boot library was overridden and then some other packages depends on ghc from an early LTS (e.g. 9.1) things get weird, because currently the Haskell infrastructure will add all libraries provided by ghc (i.e. all boot libraries) to the package db and it will result in a conflict with the overridden boot library.

Currently this is worked around by avoiding packages that depend on ghc 🤷‍♂️ (e.g. doctest is not needed because tests for all extra-deps are disabled).

Most likely impossible for now: NixOS/nixpkgs#5649.
