[BUG] Image is not downloaded/saved completely, only upper part is visible?

Current Behavior

1.18.0 Linux (Ubuntu) AppImage

I have noticed in a open community that one of the attachment images not loaded fully, but considering reactions of others, they have seen the full image

switching to other community and back, restarting Session, did NOT help. Clicking the image to focus it, shows incomplete image too. Inside the log, i do not see any related error.

Expected Behavior

image is re-attempted download at least a few times and if fails, there is warning/error, possibly allowing user to manually re-attempt download.
