    We will generate the admin kubeconfig file in the agent installer at the same time as the agent ISO. The CA keys used to sign the client certificate in the kubeconfig will be added to the ISO and eventually installed into the cluster so that the credentials in the admin kubeconfig will be accepted.

  • 1148: (2/2) installer: This proposal describes how we would add a new field to the install-config during installation to set the load balancer type in AWS either to NLB or ELB. (miheer) (NE-942)

    The users would be able to specify the load balancer type either to elb or nlb during installation. This will be used to deploy default ingress controller with user-specified load balancer service for OpenShift clusters running on AWS. Currently by default CLB/ELB is set by default by the cluster-ingress-operator.

  • 1149: (2/2) api-review: Update enhancement for GA (TrilokGeer)

    This enhancement describes a proposal to allow an administrator of OpenShift to have the ability to apply user defined tags to many resources created by OpenShift in AWS.

  • 1150: (13/13) general: User experience workflow in OCP CoreOS Layering model (sinnykumari) (GRPA-4059) (MCO-165)

    Change RHEL CoreOS as shipped in OpenShift to be a "base image" that can be used as in layered container builds and then booted. This will allow custom 3rd party agents delivered via RPMs installed in a container build. The MCO will roll out and monitor these custom builds the same way it does for the "pristine" CoreOS image today.

    This is the OpenShift integration of ostree native containers or CoreOS layering via the MCO.
