Hi, thank you for this great website ! This is a super initiative 👍 and I'm going to contribute by adding some missing samples (#8).
Why not add direct links for downloading instruments ? This can even be automatized when github repos (something like https://github.com/sfzinstruments/karoryfer.weresax/archive/refs/heads/master.zip)
Not all musicians are confortable with downloading a Github repo as a zip file and I suppose that they are wondering "great, this sounds great but where can I download ?" (it was my case; it took me some minutes to find the link on the top of the page)
Why do you think about it ?

When I made this website I thought it had to be a collaborative work but it seems no people was interested, so I lost interest to maintain it all alone, I just started a work and added some instruments as examples to show how it works (see the wiki link in the other issue conversation). So some instruments has direct links, others not and there was a case I had to replace the direct link due to an upstream bandwidth problem (leeching).
Anyway you are right about GitHub related instruments (both externals and those in this organization), automating the link creation in those cases on the related download page is a good idea.
Do you mind to make a PR to provide such feature?
