Problem or feature description:

When grabbing a handle not exactly in the middle of its UI it will jump to a position that centers it to the cursor.

Steps to reproduce (for problems):

navigate to https://react-compound-slider.netlify.app/horizontal
grab a handler on the very left or right edge of the circle
start moving the handle a little an it will jump to center of your cursor

Versions (for problems):

React-Compound-Slider: 3.3.0

React: 16.13.1

Browser: Chrome 92

Operating System: macOS 11
