Database Error Code: Too many tables; MySQL can only use 61 tables in a join, 1116 #6

When using "Participant Detail (one row per participant, extra columns for each line item) Layout Choice.

When our events had less options, we did not experience the error. Is there any workaround? The other layout choices work.
