• Release information missing in README.MD #6
• Contributing information missing in README.MD #7
  • While I'm here, there's also no CONTRIBUTING.MD
• Local build information missing in README.MD #8

Gonna convert these tasks into their own issues & PR each of them in separately.

I guess it's not really fair to call this entire issue blocked because one issue is blocked. It only makes sense to have #6 be blocked and not this entire issue as #7 and #8 can both be worked on.
