Add support for Channel Points

Support needs to be added for channel points

• Handle incoming channel point requests
• Determine what to do when a channel point is redeemed
• Potential user customization through the in-game config
• Automatic generation of channel point rewards

That's all I can think of atm, if anybody has anything else to add open a Discussion and I'll see about adding it to this list!
