Wrong Token after upgrading OpenBSD to current

Hello all,

I had a fully working version of Shaarli v0.13.0 on OpenBSD 7.6. I then upgraded it to current which moved me from php8.2 to php8.3.
After the upgrade I was getting #2085 which was fixed by removing my old php8.2.ini. My bookmarks displayed properly, I could add new ones etc. However, I can't login. I get "Wrong Token" after trying to login.

I don't think it's the same. It was working with my reverse proxy before the update. I've made no changes to that part of OpenBSD. However, I noticed I don't have a token when I go to /admin/token.

Looking at config.json.php I can see my account details.

Can you please clear the contents of the tmp/ directory, and try again in a private browsing window?

Deleted contents of tmp and ran in private browser. Still get Wrong Token on attempted login. Just to add some context. I can bookmark pages fine. I just can't login.
