New sidebar with menu

hi. I see that a new sidebar component has been introduced. but I want to make the top menu in the new sidebar like in the music template https://ui.shadcn.com/examples/music

1. I want to use a new sidebar https://ui.shadcn.com/blocks#sidebar-11
2. I want to always display the top menu at the top of the same page as in the music template https://ui.shadcn.com/examples/music

At the moment, the music template uses a custom sidebar. How can I use the top menu, which will be displayed everywhere and always, using the new sidebar?

I'm trying to add it to page.tsx, but it's blocked by the sidebar
