Sidebar height on iPad/ safari not scaling when tabs collapse.

I have been testing the sidebar component on iPad safari and notice when the tabs collapse the sidebar scrolls up.
Initially I thought this was an issue with h-svh or h-screen. After playing with multiple options I can't seem to find a solution.

Perhaps someone here could help me out.
