[feat]: Preserve date on Calendar in case you have selected a date

Feature description

I have used the calendar component from the shadcn/ui library from here: https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/calendar

Based on the Date of Birth Picker example provided

I have noticed that after selecting the date of birth the date changed on the selector but after opening the calendar to add a ned date the date is displaying today's date
