refactor(notes): move notes into seperate project

The notes page is a big bloated page that does not really do much in this project. It is an interesting bit of code to show off but that can be done in a separate project. It would be good to make the app similar to this google keep note taking app clone https://github.com/sorxrob/vue-keep
