能否支持随浏览器自启动并且上次随上次配置启动一个配置文件
否则每次启动浏览器都要打开插件并按一下启动

chrome app 是 app。

依赖于浏览器，但却不是浏览器，而是app。

这个什么时候启动，我个人认为可以从系统级别设置开机启动之类的，然后自动选择配置可以在此讨论。

随浏览器自启动好像不行，但可以在系统级别配置启动。通过chrome --app-id [APP ID] 就可以启动一个应用。应用启动后的自动运行可以考虑一下
