Context

The completed-batch audit 2026-07-10-acda-completed-batch for shakacode/agent-coordination-dashboard found no product or release defect in PRs #30/#31, but confirmed two related shared closeout-gate gaps around dashboard PR #31.

This parent groups the portable workflow fixes. It is not an audit-snapshot tracker.
