hardware wallet addresses not utilized for thorchain

after installing shapeshift snap and connecting only a single QR code based account, the thorchain addresses are derived from the default in-memory private key (even when it says not connected, presumably this is an issue with metamask, not this repo)

i have not been able to successfully use a QR code based wallet to do any transactions, and it seems that it is not possible in the currently deployed snap

@gdoteof please note that as mentioned in the CTA when installing the ShapeShift multichain snap, all derivation in the snap for non-EVM chains is made from your MetaMask account 0 (i.e your MM seed's default account):

Regardless of your current MM setup (i.e additional 0+ accounts or hardware wallet accounts), all derived accounts will always be from your MM account 0.
