Stale address while loading when switching between accounts in receive address modal

Overview

Currently in all envs, when switching between accounts, the next receive address can take too many ms to load:

We're missing loading states, and as such, the previous one will stay displayed until the new one is loaded

Loading states should be added so that there is never a stale address while the next one is loading
