Jupiter TXs deserve some loves so users can understand it's a swap from token X to token X instead of showing all te underlying tokens that might not even be interesting to show!

References and additional details

As we do for other swappers/bridges, tag this as Swap or any other relevant label and parse it properly

Acceptance Criteria

• Solana Jupiter swaps are human readable and only containing the relevant informations
