Swapper custom address input for wallet without support for that asset blocks next steps

Repro steps:

1. connect phantom with just Sol (ledger)
2. attempt to trade to ETH with custom address
3. Unclear what the next action to take is due to misleading error message in button and odd UX which clicking to set the recieve addy

This one actually is probably just a UX thing, seems odd to have to click to confirm the address once its shows as valid and have a diff error message in the button. cc @shapeshift/product how do we want to fix this?
