Potential bug - cleanup deleted entire group table from pger schema, not just the single row associated with the group selected for cleanup #208

So, I have about 4 parallel replications managed by pg_easy_replicate running, and I stopped one and then did a cleanup on it. However, instead of just cleaning out that group's row from the pger.groups table, it deleted the entire pger.groups table instead, which deleted the rows for the other replications as well. As such, I can now no longer monitor those replications with pg_easy_replicate. I did not select the -e flag for everything for that cleanup.

oof! yes, this is a very real issue. Thanks for opening this, I think we need better clean up handling.
