Add Vet look up field for Fel/FIV test in Health and Identity section

Hi
Please consider adding the ability to add Vet info on who performed the Fel/FIV tests, similar to when the animal has been Altered.
Look up field for Vet.

Hi, this info can be recorded under the test tab for the animal. Those fields on Health and Identification are legacy fields that are hidden by default in newer databases and set behind the scenes when tests are recorded.
