Help with downloading all our media files as a batch file download #2003

Hello. I'm trying to download several thousand picture and .pdf files from our database. According to tech support at ASM I need to copy the url addresses from our data file into a "Free bulk downloader tool." I've used two download apps: Batch Downloader and VOVSOFT's Batch URL Downloader. I copied the urls into the batch downloader apps. I've only tested a list of 10 urls. When I click the button to "download all" only one file is created in the download folder: asmservice. No extension and it won't open. If I add .jpg to the file I'm able to open the file. It has only one picture in it. I think the problem may have something to do with not having a designated file name to download/save as. Does anyone have any experience doing this or have any ideas about a resolution? |

Hi, is it something you want to do regularly, or is it just a one-off archive of your media files that you want? If it's the latter, we can produce that on request for you. Email help@sheltermanager.com and let us know your account number. There's no charge for the first media export, but we will charge our hourly rate if you want subsequent media exports in the future. |
