Lightweight AI for Analyzing HTML Content

Do you think it’s a good idea to have a small AI (I’m not sure which software design method would be best to implement it) that analyzes HTML content? This AI could make it much easier to determine whether a username exists or not, so we wouldn’t need to rely on checking response keywords, especially if the website maintainer changes how responses are formatted.
