Apache is dated and a bit heavier, we should look at swapping out for nginx and it also adds the ability for some additional security should someone ever expose it, though they shouldn't. But seeing as the Raspberry Pi and Odroid should have as much resources devoted to node running and not web hosting this should be something to look at.
I'm going to continue studying the code as I tinker with my own fixes as I know I want to look at adding a VPN client, VPN kill switch, UFW, and this but I will have to get some additional hardware before hand.
I'll see about testing on Pi4 and Odroid XU4/HC2 platforms as time continues

Again this would be a sensible improvement.

I've not been using github here to it's full potential, so I plan to iron out some final bugs and errors in menus and tag the version we have as v4. Once that's tagged I'm all for further changes such as this and overhauling firewalls, VPN etc.

I also intend on massively de-cluttering the UI node start page where features are toggles on/off with switches and then just a single start/restart/stop button rather than the current mess. Toggleable VPN and network tools etc would be a great addition.

Awesome, I'll be more than glad to try and assist on the Armbian side of things as it's a great little project for me to learn about Tor, I2P, and a few other things. I plan to get some more HC2's or XU4's and Pi 4's to test out additional variations of configurations. I just got a working node going on the stock config for my HC2 and figured out the nuances to getting it to work behind a PfSense firewall so I am more than willing to contribute documentation for home lab environments for VLAN and such so we can eventually get UFW locked down appropriately.
