Ensure consistent spacing between divider line and device options in live and draft modes

The divider line's positioning is inconsistent between live and draft modes:

• In Live Mode, the divider line touches the device options.
• In Draft Mode, the spacing is proper, and the divider does not touch the device options.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://functional-adminportal-test.azurewebsites.net/dynamic/Shesha/mobileTest-table'
2. Activate the show form info
3. Click on 'Add'
4. From the dialog, see how the device is straight on the divider line
5. Afterwards, create a new version and check how it is when the form is in draft mode

Expected behavior
The spacing between the divider line and the device options (desktop, tablet, mobile icons) should be consistent in both live mode and draft mode.
