satisfies2 is the second satisfies function; it has two parameters, and it is only used for NodeConstraints.

pro: satisfiesNC might read better
con: adds noise to the diff between 2.1 and 2.2.

Maybe satisfies(n, se: NodeConstraint, G,Sch, t) could reference nodeSatisfies(n, v) directly.
