It's not possible to use webhooks created in the new way by using Workflows in Teams.
Describe the solution you'd like
As per https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/retirement-of-office-365-connectors-within-microsoft-teams/ connectors and webhooks ending in ".office.com" will eventually be deprecated and replaced by a new type of webhook using Workflows in Teams. These webhook hosts no longer ends with ".office.com", and has changed to ending with ".logic.azure.com". It seems like the input schema also has changed with the new webhooks.
Additional context
For now you can still configure the old connectors/webhooks by using the browser UI of Teams (not desktop client), but I guess it will not be long until this is not possible anymore.

The updated version doesn't support this new workflow from Microsoft. After receiving the deprecation notice from Microsoft, I tried to set it up, but it didn't work.
This feature will be crucial once Microsoft ends support for webhooks ending in '.office.com' and it would be helpful to have this feature available before Microsoft discontinues support
不要下载我前段时间发的文件,那不是我发的,是另一个人控制我,如果你使用了这个病毒文件,你也会被控制,并且疯狂转发这个病毒
Don't download the file I sent some time ago, it wasn't me, but another person controlled me. If you use this virus file, you will also be controlled and forward this virus crazily.
