Is the neural radiance caching feature available?

I found that it is commented and does not compile successful when uncommented.

NRC is disabled after the renderer supports spectral rendering and I haven't had time to fix it.
If you want to try it you might need to revert to a fairly old version.

I am also interested in neural radiance caching, which version is the correct version for neural radiance caching? A commit ID should be very helpful.

I guess a8e99c7 would work. If it doesn't, 4190871 should definitely work.
