应该发 /nəʊm/，但是经常有人发 /gə'nəʊm/

g是不发音的，这个词原意是矮子

@thbcd 两种发音都是被接受的（Wikipedia）。跟 TeX 不读 /'teks/ 类似，专有名词的所有方的意思。

理论上，发音应该是 /nəʊm/

不过现在读 /ɡnəʊm/ 也很常见，已经常见到不能算错了。
