Yes, this is a bug. Thanks for raising this up.

These burlesque submissions were overwritten by submissions in other languages which were submitted without waiting one second. I think this issue happens often for lynn's submission because lynn is using a script to submit solutions for simple "Hello, world!" style problems like them. For example, try searching "23:15:39" in http://golf.shinh.org/p.rb?Error+result . You'll find all source code are identical.

It's shame the server only uses username+timestamp to identify a source code file. It should have used language at least, or UUID ideally.
