S3 buckets don't expire #6

We probably don't want an S3 bucket lurking around weeks or months after a branch has already been merged or deleted (or gone stale).

Ideally, S3 buckets hosting the sites expire after a set interval (configurable through an environment variable?) or once a branch is deleted/merged.
