move delete items into the delete record #1966

the delete items function should be kept separate becasue when you udpate a record.

however the delete record routine should include deleting items rather than having it in the otherincome:delete file as this make more sense

check other sections ie invoice, credit note, expense, otherincome

shoulders added the bug label

shoulders added this to the 3.1.4 milestone
