Now, I am doing some researchs on the RNACompete and cDeepbind is one of the baselines. And I notice that there are some neural network configs you don't public like "eta_model", "num_filters" and so on. It seems that you use a function "load_calibration" in utils.py to load the configs saved as a npz file. Do you mind giving me these files? It will be really helpful.
