Is this plugin available in Angular 2 or above angular version?

I have developed an application in angular 1 in which I have used this plugin for the timer. But I need to implement the same application in angular 2 or greater version. So is this plugin available in Angular 2 or greater version?

        $scope.$on("timer-tick", function (event, endTimeObj) {
        });

How above line works?

Please help!!
