feat: Chat Folders\Projects

Problem or use case

During my constant chatting with ChatGPT I'm quite used to folder structure of the chats. Like I have dedicated folder for work chats, writing chats, technical chats. In Thoth, I have to mix it all together and it makes it very hard to navigate and find the chat where I've discussed some important topic.

For example, pyGPT, AnythingLLM and some others local assistants have this feature.

In AnythingLLM you can even set different set of settings for each chat folder - like different AI provider, memory DB, assistant persona, etc, It's super useful to have some local chats for tasks and some cloud AI chats to discuss some complicated questions.

We have lot's of space on the left panel. Maybe it's possible to do something like this:

Thanks. this is a great idea. Right now in Thoth. chats are arranged by type - So chat/developer/workflow/design etc. We will look at adding a folder option.
You can already override the model in chats. Each thread/workflow has a model picker that show all your pinned models. You can over ride each thread and the last over ride is saved. So you can already pin each thread to a different model. The persona and memory are shared across threads.

Oh, yes, about AI in the thread - Maybe we can more the provider choosing option to the top? We already have cleaner and more pleasant interface that is showing us the model name in the top part of the thread:

Why have the AI provider name twice in the top and on the bottom? I think removing it from the bottom will make lower part of the interface much cleaner.

In the beginning I was constantly try to click on the top bar to change the AI provider :)
