feat: Jina parser reader tool + Tavily

Problem or use case

We already have Tavily in Thoth, why not to add Jina reader to it? - https://jina.ai/

In assistants they often come together. Tavily for search, Jina for page parsing and full text extraction. It's very efficient and usually easy to work with.

Not something urgent, but maybe you can consider it :)

Thanks I will look at jina. Thoth already has a URL reader tool that does full page parsing and extraction. I will analyse jina and add it in if it truly works better with Tavily.
