Update and improvement

I'll open with stating the tool is still very useful, however it is a little out of date now. As I'm sure you are aware EB no longer maintains his code for BR and it has passed through a couple of iterations since 1.7.

In light of this I suggest a possible feature for adding reactor blocks by reading the config file to allow simulation of reactors as they are now.
