The skeleton is signing in Swiss-Itaian using its left hand.
Expected Behavior
For most people, the right hand is dominant, so I would expect the skeleton to sign with it. I thought there might be an error in the mirroring of the vertical axes.

Determining the handedness of a sign is not a trivial task, for two-handed signs.
However, for one handed signs like UBS fingerspelled above, I agree, we should mirror to the right hand.
