Showing Null String on Empty Search

Bug description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Don't allow Contacts, or have no contacts that uses Signal
2. Go to New Call screen.
3. There we'll see the text No results found for 'null'

Possible Solution:

1. Like in Other place use empty string when the model.empty.query is null. (Simple)
2. Show some other text, like Start typing to Search or No Contacts to search related. (Recommended for better user clairty)
