Signal voice calls causes phone to ring without apparent reason if DND is active

Bug description

Last night I was awoken by my phone ringing seemingly without any reason.
Nothing was displayed that showed a reason for it ringing and I could not stop it.
I checked Do not disturb, it was active. After some time the ringing stopped.
There where no execeptions to DND.
This morning after DND had automaticly ended I noticed the Info "One Missed Voice Call 23:06"
So Signal was not displaying anything because of DND but made the phone ring.
I think this is definitly unintended behaviour.
Even if it rang for whatever reason in DND Mode it should only do so in a usable way.

The debug Log has infos concerning the call and ringing at 23:06 and following, but I could not figure out anything related to the issue as I am not familiar with signals logs:
