libks.pc not installed correctly #124

I use prefix=/usr/local. The installation process puts libks.pc under /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libks.pc, which happens to be ignored by pkgconfig.

The destination shall be /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/libks.pc.
