Ollama installs models in default location instead of with Klee install

Issue

When downloading models, Klee won't tell Ollama where to put them, so it defaults to C:/Users/user/.ollama on Windows. This should be configurable in Ollama's environment variables.

If this could go in the Klee install folder, or in a custom user-set folder, that would be awesome
