Commissioning MicriumOS Example on EFM32GG11 (SLSTK3701A)

To use the example, follow the demonstration quick start guide.

This example is based on the SLSTK3701A micriumos lwip wfx example provided by the SDK except it provides more features as the Power Save Mode.
