Split layout style from papersize #14

Right now the paper size, frame layout, and style sheet are kind of tied at the hip. It would be more flexible if these were split so they could be mixed and matched.

Work on this is mostly done, and it works for some projects. There are still a few edge cases that aren't disentanged from the old way of thinking, but in general LAYOUT is now composed of some combination of GEOMETRY + PRINT + BINDING, where each attribute can be set independently.

I'm leaving this issue open for now beacuse there is still a confusing mess on the layout-*.lua files where some aspects of both geometry and layout get set together.
