Back translation and auxiliary projects do not store the versification, but use the versification found in the parent project.
As ScriptureDataFileService.GetParatextProjectSettings() only reads the settings from the back translation project, and not its parent project, if a project uses a non-English versification, alignment problems will occur.
Paratext does not allow back translations or auxiliary projects to edit their versification in the Paratext UI, so this is not something users can work around in a supported way.
