"Localization" of Serval remarks added to a draft #762
Description
Serval inserts several helpful remarks (\rem) into the drafts that it creates (e.g., creation date, paragraph marker placement settings, quotation denormalization setting (and results)). These remarks are presented in English, but English is often not accessible to the translator working with the draft. It would be helpful to be able to "localize" these comments into a language that is accessible to the translator. While it is unlikely that they could be "localized" into the vernacular language for most projects, "localizing" them into the language of the source translation would often be helpful.
