oauth access에서 account에 해당하는 parameter의 이름을 provider 별로 config에 빼기 #35

snucse는 account인데
twitter는 screen_name이고
다른 것들은 모르겠음

access token이랑 account가 같이 오는 게 oauth 표준엔 없음
