Problems with EAN128

Hi Simon - I'm having trouble getting EAN128 barcodes to work.

There is a PR related, but even when I use that the barcode images have weird glitches in them - see attached.

The grey bars are debug symbols to help determine the layout.

If you're using the source code, comment out the compiler defines at the top of barcodebase
